Training & Selection Criteria
A&N Security work alongside Garry Oliver (Director of BARS Training Australia) who has extensive experience in the Police Force and Liquor Licensing Division; with this in mind A & N Security personnel attend and complete courses such as ‘Tactical & Controlled Restraints’ and ‘Conflict Resolution through Negotiation’ providing Certificate III in Security Operations.Garry Oliver has served 24 years in operational policing with the Queensland Police Service spending the last 9 years of his service coordinating up to 7 enforcement agencies, now the President of the National Security Assoc. (Qld). A & N Security’s personnel all must complete a rigorous training program. A & N Security’s training process exceeds most state licensing requirements. Garry Olive of Bars Training Australia interacts with each officer through lectures, role-playing and scenario training.
